How would I make a Gaz Halloween costume?
I know Halloween is a long time away, but I’m planning ahead since I have to save up enough money to buy parts of my costume. How would I make a Gaz costume? (From Invader Zim.)
Also, I know she has the skull necklace, but my brother made a patch that looked like the skull necklace she wears. Would it be okay to just sew it onto the front of my costume?

Halloween store, haunted house to set up in mall
The former Gottschalks at the Carson Mall will house a Halloween costume store and haunted house this fall. The Spirit of Halloween costume store is expected to open the first week of September and will take up about half the 75,000-square-foot location.
